2. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT use Dialio for any of the following purposes:
2.1 Illegal Activities
- Fraud and Scams: Any form of fraud, including but not limited to financial scams, lottery scams, romance scams, tech support scams, IRS/tax scams, or any scheme designed to deceive or defraud others
- Identity Theft: Impersonating another person, government official, or organization to obtain information, money, or other benefits
- Money Laundering: Using the service to facilitate money laundering or other financial crimes
- Drug Trafficking: Facilitating the sale, distribution, or trafficking of illegal substances
- Human Trafficking: Any activity related to human trafficking or exploitation
- Terrorism: Any activity that supports, promotes, or facilitates terrorism or terrorist organizations
- Extortion or Blackmail: Threatening individuals to obtain money or other benefits
2.2 Harassment and Abuse
- Harassment: Making repeated unwanted calls, threatening calls, or calls intended to harass, annoy, or alarm
- Stalking: Using the service to stalk or monitor individuals without their consent
- Hate Speech: Calls promoting violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other characteristics
- Threats: Making threats of violence, harm, or other illegal acts
- Bullying: Using the service to bully, intimidate, or demean others
2.3 Unauthorized Commercial Use
- Illegal Telemarketing: Making unsolicited commercial calls in violation of do-not-call regulations or without proper consent
- Robocalls: Using automated systems to make bulk unsolicited calls
- Spam Calls: Making large volumes of unwanted promotional calls
- Caller ID Spoofing for Fraud: Manipulating caller ID information to deceive call recipients for fraudulent purposes
2.4 Technical Abuse
- Service Disruption: Attempting to disrupt, overload, or interfere with our service or infrastructure
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization
- Reselling Without Authorization: Reselling or redistributing the service without written permission
- Circumventing Controls: Attempting to bypass any security measures, usage limits, or access controls
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of Dialio, you are responsible for:
- All calls made through your account, whether by you or others using your credentials
- Securing your account credentials and not sharing them with others
- Complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
- Ensuring that your use of the service does not infringe upon the rights of others
- Reporting any unauthorized use of your account immediately
4. Monitoring and Enforcement
To protect our service and users, we may:
- Monitor usage patterns to detect potential violations of this policy
- Investigate reports of abuse or suspicious activity
- Retain call metadata (not call content) for compliance and security purposes
- Cooperate with law enforcement agencies upon valid legal requests
5. Consequences of Violation
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:
- Warning: For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a warning
- Suspension: Temporary suspension of your account pending investigation
- Termination: Immediate and permanent termination of your account
- Credit Forfeiture: Forfeiture of any remaining credits in your account
- Legal Action: Reporting to law enforcement and/or pursuing civil remedies
- Cooperation with Authorities: Providing account information and call records to law enforcement as required by law
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this policy, or if you receive suspicious or abusive calls from a Dialio number, please report it to us immediately:

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dialio from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of this policy or your misuse of the service. This includes legal fees and costs incurred in defending against claims related to your activities.

We reserve the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
